1/2 cup (1 stick) softened margarine
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
cup (6 oz. package) chocolate chips
1/2 cup raisins
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13 inch round pizza pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together
the margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat egg in until well blended. Beat un vanilla.
add dry ingredients until well mixed.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and raisins.
5. Using a rubber scraper,
spread dough in pizza pan so it is even to the edge of the pan.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Cookies is done when it looks dry and is lightly browned around the outside edge.
7. Remove from oven and col
completely. Cut into 16 wedges.
