The Cabbage Soup Diet is based on a fat-burning soup that contains negligible calories. The more soup you eat the more weight
you should lose, but do not eat soup only or you will become malnourished.
If the diet is correctly followed it
should cleanse your system of impurities and give you a sense of well-being with weight loss. Avoid alcohol, bread and carbonated
drinks. As with any other diet care is required and you should consult
your doctor if you have any health concerns.
